You have two options to make your RPL payment.
Option 1:
Mail (or Overnight) the Check

Option 2:
Write Your Check On-Line Through Vcheck.
Create your check for payment online using Vcheck. It works exactly like writing out a check and mailing, only much faster.
Once we receive confirmation of payment by Vcheck (usually within a few minutes) a certificate of insurance can be issued.
